To post pics make a account on photobucket(link above) upload the pics then copy and paste the IMG code into the box where you type out your message, then when you click submit they will appear.
As for the profile, click on "user cp" near the top in the small thin banner, everything from signature(under your posts) to avatars(the bit on the side) can be changed in there along with other info/details on yourself etc if you wish.

No idea, never tried on here personally but it can work.
I it did on a nova forum I used to use, a bloke on there got his bird to join up and I nailed her, although that was never my intention, I just told her that she looked like a typical thick chav essex girl with her hoop earings and for some reason that got her going so she started MSNing me, as she was fit and 19 I went and slid one up her quite reguarly after that.
One night when I was out with her at the cinema before I took her to my hotel the boyfriend found out and put a brick through my windscreen, which I guess was a fair exchange and luckily the insurance covered it anyway so no real drama to me
