And before the rest of the haters start, I've never had a problem - there may be a problem sourcing your parts, or he may be unable to respond due to something out of his control. Think before you start bashing the keyboard.

Never had a problem with my orders over the past years I have bought from him, I know that when he goes on holiday he gets staff in to sort out the Ebay orders and wotnot to make sure people get the stuff they order

I did actually have a problem but he sorted it excellently.
Just goes to show that he also sorts out issues quickly and efficiently, He actually delivered the parts i ordered in person.
I would deal again anytime!

I have had no issues sometimes he forgets away alot on shows abroad. Has a man in the office now very efficient and can sort any problems. He a few times for sending stuff late given me free stuff the next time. He will sort it in the end sometimes its hes waiting for parts etc.

Always been top service for me, went out of his way to give a certain scoundrel chances to do the right thing, after the customer tried to rip him for over Ł300 worth of exhausts, Matt was well within his rights to report it as theft, but didn't, gave the man another chance to cough the truth, then he "remembered" he had received the exhaust.
I think Matts a decent person, but with volume sales there will always be the odd hiccup, it's what happens after any hiccup that sets Matt apart, as he will sort any problem.

It doesn't matter to Matt who you are, or whether it is a quid order or a 1K order, he's just not that way.
Admittedly it can get mentally busy for him/staff, emails are a good way if you can as he can instantly generate a paper order/request for the parts needed.

I have also a problem with him(and i'm not the first). It's not a serious man, and he is also very famous in France, and not for his good customer service.
I have buy and pay a set of Avo springs the 6th of October and still not received.
He said to me the 17/11 (after 3 mails without reponse) a history that he had a problem with TNT and that he send me another kit, but 20 days after that, i haven't received nothing.

I had a problem with the guy, I ordered a couple of parts and it took a while to get them, dropped him an email and they were dispatched no problems though - would deal with him again!

I had buy some times in Msd with Stu, no problem and excellent service, it's a pleasure to deal with him. also with GGR and Burton, and no problem. Only problems with Matt Lewis.Coincidence?no chance?? i don't know

I've ordered some stuff last thursday, send him a mail when it would be shipped on monday and he responded within 3 hours that it was shipped on friday and it arrived today in Holland
He's no conman as i ordered many times from with no problems, just give him a ring and i'm sure it will be solved
