Always been top service for me, went out of his way to give a certain scoundrel chances to do the right thing, after the customer tried to rip him for over £300 worth of exhausts, Matt was well within his rights to report it as theft, but didn't, gave the man another chance to cough the truth, then he "remembered" he had received the exhaust.
I think Matts a decent person, but with volume sales there will always be the odd hiccup, it's what happens after any hiccup that sets Matt apart, as he will sort any problem.
