Default What HG to use with a wire rung 200 block?

Hi ya peeps, I picked up my spare 200 block couple of days ago (Thanks for the drive SVONY!!!) I've had it stored for awhile, I forgot that it was wire rung. I wanted to get a cometic gasket at first, but I know now I can't use one. I've been looking into the Ferriday one, what do you guys think?
Thanks for the Help

Think for a consistently high output engine a long studded block may be a better place to start . I ran a race engine over 5o races on a pinto gasket at 2.2 bar without a problem , the car still wins races with a new owner but the output was 400 max on a T34 Gp A turbo and a 2wd block , wire ringing is still my favourite gasket seal but i dont try for huge horespower its just mot needed at my level .

i was under the impression a grp a would be good enough for 500 ponies with wire rings . the escos gaskets are moocho cheaper than a proper grp a but apparently not quite as good

If it was good enough for the touring cars, it's good enough for me!
