basicallymy ex has just called to say that a 10 year old lad has took my sons bike off him in the street stole his dust caps and punched him in nose 4 times causing swelling and bleeding.

now this lad is a little shit apparently and the dad don,t give a shit so she has called police who will send local officer round sometime in next few days.

but i want to go round and see the lads dad and have a word but she says no, so do i go or wait for police who i would imagine will do jack shit.

 

depends if you can control your temper..if you can, go round and give him a friendly warning..

 

I would be polite to the dad at first to get him out, then just warn him that if anything like this happens again that he will tak the rap for his sons actions and just add on the end, I dont use the police. probably wont make much odds but he would hopefully give his boy what for. if that fails go and find a load of 11 year olds give them a fiver each and get them to batter the 10 year old lol

is your son the same age ?if he is teach him to stand up for himself or the bully wins .
if he is younger, go give his dad a slap and tell him to pass it on to his son when he sees him.you got to take control.

my lad is 9 and in same year i have told him many times to defend himself and to hit back but only if hit first and for a 9 year old he can punch let me tell you!

sadly the kids follow/ take after their parents so i have no doubt his dad is a shit bag as well - so unless you can handle yourself i would bother

What's it got to do with the kids dad? He may well not give a shit but he had nothing to do with what happened to your lad. Tell the police that you want it dealing with - as soon as you make a complaint they have to look into it and often trivial little things like this is what they like clearing up because it looks good on their crime detection figures.
Also as mentioned by others tell your son that the next time he has any problems from this little arsehole to give him a couple of good slaps. As a kid i remember a local bully told me he wanted to fight me in the park opposite where we were standing so i told him i was happy to fight him right where we stood there & then, he went a bit quiet got on his bike and rode off and i got no more problems from him. As an adult it's totally different when you start dishing out violence to solve problems - trust me, been there.

 

fuck it the both of them, get a few kids along to give the 10 year old a kicking, if everytime the little shit played up him and his dad got a kickin they will soon learn to behave. Lets face it what are the police going to do? all i've seen all week on tv is how they dont want to criminalis children and give them a record and have them classed as a criminal at such a young age bu what all these do gooder are forgetting is that its the actions of the little shit that will get him a criminal record and not the system, that and the fact that if he's a little shit at 10 he will be stealing cas and burgalerising houses by the time he is 16, then he will be robbing to feed his habit by the time he's 20.

I felt so strongly about it i had to post it twice lol

 

my daughter was being bullied at school back in november-January of this year, quite badly.
so i told her to pick up a chair and smack it over the bullys head, if they get back up-do it again untill they dont.

Whilst she didnt "chair" him, she did smack him one real hard, made a 15 year old cry lol in front of all his mates aswell.
Teach the youngster some crafty moves, that'll help his self confidence and how to act against the bullys.

 

Don't get me wrong in my earlier post #14 i wasn't sticking up for the little shite as what he has done is wrong and he deserves a good hiding to teach him the error of his ways . The point i was trying to make is when parents get involved it can escalate to a whole new level and a relatively minor incident can become a lot more serious .
Just wanted to clarify my point.

 

The one thing you are missing is the affect it will/may have on the situation, it may make it worse.
Psychological warfare is where it's at, most effective too done right.
Just little whispers her and there like what's going to happen tonight etc, it seriously works but need to find his weaknesses first.
