I would be polite to the dad at first to get him out, then just warn him that if anything like this happens again that he will tak the rap for his sons actions and just add on the end, I dont use the police. probably wont make much odds but he would hopefully give his boy what for. if that fails go and find a load of 11 year olds give them a fiver each and get them to batter the 10 year old lol
