Nice find! i reckon they are only good for parts, the floor pans and chassis must be rotten after sitting on wet grass for years

I'm thinking this isn't really that original a find. Most mk3 escort rs owners find rusty old fords on their drive every day

According to hpi the S1 was purchased 17/6/97 and the 16i was purchased 3/12/92. Neither car ever reported stolen and both had 7 previous keepers.
Whoever bought 2 RS's must have known what they had surely...........

Wheels
/Crossmember and rollbar/tiebar setup/Gearbox/Sensor Lead/Coils/Head/Scheel Seats/Spoilers front & Rear/Grille/ECU will all fetch good money

Can't see either being worth a massive amount.
Few hundred. Both look pretty rotten, and I bet they're a mess underneath.
Worth some in bits, but would be a lot of work to save either. If there's an owner, I'd be offering very low tbh.

cant see them being worth much either, worth doing if you can pay next to nothing for them and break i guess.
would cost so much to restore but i guess ppl have spent shed loads on cars before just to be able to get them on the road again and say they did it.

I agree. The current owner - if they can be found - would probably be happy with £200 - £300 as it doesn't look like he/she is going to do anything with them and a few hundred quid is more useful than 2 piles of rust.
