oversize pistons
for series 2 turbo-what are best 0.50mm oversize or 0.29mm???????

i'd say 0.29 as it leaves more meat on the cillinder walls

Rene- cheers matey, my mate said the same but i was convinvced that 0.50mm was best.
I think beacuse i was offered a set of o.50mm Mahle for 150, never used and all boxed

not sure u can get 0.29mm mahles? .5mm will be fine - my Cosworth pistons are +1mm

the difference between the two is nothing really is it
I've got .5mm oversized fitted and been running high boost & high power for a while and I've had no problems.

Had soooo much grief with mine dunno if to break it, buy a good engine for like 350 or have these pistons i been offered for 150
