1.6 zetec se engines phase 1 and 2??

Basicly bought a y reg phase 2 zetec s with a blow engine conrod through the side! Have found a phase one engine from a focus will this fit easily what do i need to change if any thing???

A phase 2 engine replaced a plase 1 engine in my old 1.6 focus with no problem at all so you should be fine mate

Nothing to change......apart from the oil and filter regularly!

Keep the intake assy from your phase 2 engine as the later ones use a TMAP rather than a MAF and the management would need changing along with keys, locks, GEM, etc....
