Advice needed with spec'ing my engine

Hi, I've got an XR2I 16v which i'm using as a wknd toy and track car. I've just bought an engine

2.1 zvh, forged pistons, cosworth rods, ported efi head and kent 35 cam.

what management, turbo and inlet should i use, i've got 1.5k to play with.

i'm not sure you'll get aftermarket management, live mapped with a new turbo and inlet for that sort of money? unless im way off the mark here i thought the management would take a big chunk of that money
