Default Painting A Intercooler

I have just bought a alloy intercooler and it has been painted black on one side, is there any way to remove the paint? so i can polish it or would it be easier to paint it? if so with what paint?

Good point, although just cause its a jet wash doesnt mean you have to be on the highest setting, so should be ok if he is careful.

Ditto, i wash the rads and Icoolers on our muckshifters every six weeks as they get so clogged with shit. as long as you stay at least 6-8 inches away you wont do any damage, and its easy to stop if they do start to bend.
