Caffeine ? !
I've noticed a few things that i wasn't too pleased about with myself just lately - mood swings, borderline depression and insomnia (for the last 8 weeks now i've only been getting 3hrs kip a night) so i went to see the doc, just to make sure all the screws in my head were all tight.
My gp reckon's it's too much caffeine causing all my problems
i can't not have caffeine, i fuckin love tea
Seriously though, i've been using caffeine free tea bags for a few days ( gone through 2 boxes already ) and have to admit, i feel a shit load better about everything and i'm not quite as much of a stropey c**t either apparently !! cutting out caffeine from my diet completely is going to be an utter bastard
I honestly didn't know caffeine could cause all that shit !!

I can't have caffiene very often at all, i only have maybe a tin of red bull if i'm on a long distance job and im feeling tired.. but if i had a cup of coffee lets say at 4pm i would wake up in the middle of the night hyperventilating.. fucking frightening when it happens so i aviod it
I know how you feel (although I don't drink tea or coffee), but up untill a few weeks ago I used to drink an average of 4 redbull a day and had done for a couple of years.
Even with that much caffeine I used to get a normal nights sleep though.
I must have paid for the front wings on their F1 car's
