Should I be using shakes?
Morning!
For the past 3/4 months maybe a little longer I've been using my local gym.
Had a break for a month or so but now back into the swing of things.
I warm up then use free weights 3/4 times a week and stretch and cool off after each session. My diet used to be oats for breakfast then a can of tuna. Mid morning fruit
Lunch tuna or chicken wrap maybe some rice/pasta/noodles
Caffeine drink before workout
Then can of tuna or pack of chicken after working out then home for meat/fish and veg.
Drinking water all day aswell.
Now I feel as if I'm always hungry and could sit down to a 3course meal at any time of the day so thinking my body is needing more protein? Should I introduce a shake or two during the day? Do I need whey or creatine aswell?
I'm currently 5,11 and 80kgs would like a little bit more size on top then more definition once I get the size I want.
What shakes and supplements is everyone using? And do you have any online links?
Cheers

try replacing tuna which is really lean with chicken which will fill u up more but still provide protein for bulking. Cook it all in the morning and its easy

Try eating a handful of almonds during the day, or add something like raisins to your oats in the morning. Im not talking handful, just like 5 almonds or a nut you like (unsalted and unblanched pref!!)
Also a whey protein or isolate would be ideal.
