Seriously need to put weight on.
Need to put weight on big time, i weigh barely 9 and half stone can someone tell me what foods i should eat, i mean for brekkie dinner n tea should i take some sort of weight gain or what?

Eat whatever you want at that weight.sample
Meal 1.80g oats.50g whey.spoonfull olive oil,bannana
Meal 2.200g chicken.green beans 80g rice
Meal 3.200g chicken.green beans.150g.sweet potato
Meal 4.cnp mass gainer
Meal 5 200g chicken.salad with spoonfull olive oil.handfull nuts.
Meal 6.three oat cakes with peanut butter,6 egg omelette.
That is quickly made up in about two minutes.change chicken to white fish if you prefer.it's not hard I put weight on.you could change up some of the meals to shakes if you find eating all that a challenge.or the likes of cnp mass gainer shakes.

Excuse my ignorance but do you train? If so for what goals and how?
Whats Steven had put would be good for someone wanting fairly lean muscle gains that wasn't an ectomorph. However at 9 and a half stone I think you should just eat whatever you can. You need the dirty carbs in there too or you will never gain or hold size. Just be mindful of fat gain, if it happens. As long as you are getting in plenty of protein you should be good to go for muscle.

Yeh looking back at that as keiron said it would be decent enough for lean gains but at 9.5stone I don't think it would be enough.can go the dirty calorie way or I think if just up the rice to 100g per meal.dont know why the life of me I put a salad in there.probably thinking more along the lines for myself.

Train compound lifts like squats, deadlift and bench press and eat as much as you can. Use weight gainers and a litre of two of full fat milk will help get the calories in as well.

Mate I was 9 stone when I started, now over 15stone. Just start by trying to eat more meat in your diet and slowly train yourself to eat more meals and larger amounts. Just remember it wont happen overnight. Try say for arguments sake instead of one sandwhich at lunch try and eat two, stuff like that to increase your calories.
