i friend of mine picked this up to day (PICS INSIDE)

this is the best pic of all time tho
and no it has not gone round the clock!!!!!!!!!!!!
it was used for less than a year befor it was left sitting in a garage till today!!
as soon as i see it i offered to buy it but he said no he also would not tell me how much he payed for it but it wasent much as all
shame its a 4 door but i have never seen a mk2 so mint i could not fault it in any way!

thats a fooking corker mate you friend has done really well, it's nice to know these little gems still hide in garages

yea it was a heated garage i beleave. and yes i think the tyres are. the engine terns over but is going to be pulled apart any way for a frenshen up

I used to have a 4 door, absolutely love the things. Dont care what everyone else says about them, a properly done 4door with period mods + nice chrome looks sooooooooooo cool

that looks like the one that sat in the ford showroom on the west road in newcastle upon tyne all its life untill it closed a couple of years back, i tried to buy it about 50 times

convert it to a 2dr and i don't meen filler up the back 2 doors like some chonkers do.
my mate had a 1 owner 4dr with very very low miles that had never been welded and was fresh as a daisy chassis and floor pans wise,it was in classic ford and really that would of made a good car to convert to a 2dr with new qtrs etc.
the only problem selling very low miles time warp cars especially on fookin ebay is the total cunts that say how are you sure iits low miles and not done the clock ???
like big miles tatty old mk1 and 2 escorts are unwelded.
