Default Cylinder head cleaning / de-coking... where? how much?

as title says

ive just stripped the cylinder head down for my zetec turbo and would like to get it cleaned so it looks like new, all the exhaust ports and valves are full of carbon shite etc

is 'acid cleaning' what im looking for?

where can i get this done? any idea on cost?

any help much appreciated prefer the company to be based in the north east too

I don't think any one will chemically clean a Ally head, i might be wrong though.

Most places will simply dip it in a bath of degreaser then steam clean it.

You can do this yourself with a tub of engine degreaser then a couple of goes in the dishwasher

I could just imagine lucy's reaction when she opens up the dish washer and finds my stage 3 head in there looking all sparkly!!!!

Don't laugh mate.

I did this with mine and the finish is amazing

Don't use salt tablets as this eats away at the ally.

complete strip down re cut seats decoke reskim new valve stem seals reasemble Ł250 deliverd
i week turn around from the day it arives(Ł300 cozzy)
if guides are needed thats extra it wont be fitted backtoether with sloppy valves
