did manage a drive with works ford but they gave him a shit car compared to the other works drivers and the night after the event he told the ford team manager guys how shit the car was etc etc and that was the end of that!!

works drives are one thing,loads of drivers get or got works supported drives but being a multiple scottish champion with the likes of mcrae snr and jnr,jimmy girvan,ray munroe,murray grierson,bryan lyall,david gilanders,andrew wood etc goes down in the history books.

The driving is a gallacher thing andy's sister kim can pedal as well we were coming back from snetterton me steve & kim in a 320d kim driving she was left foot breaking car was jumping & on the limit in every corner me n steve were bricking it! i could not have drove like that was a local back road near home.
& as for andy having a top car all you need to do is think of what he has done with the focus his escort will be a bit of kit as well.

that car is still being rallied by andrew graham and peter owen,its a woods car and has done recently the quinton rally part of the btrda which is a cracking rally championship.
the car is doing the Woodpecker in Ludlow Shropshire on this Sept 4th part of the Btrda.
