try to finish the badly sprayed rear bumper for car i started yesterday (glad im a mechanic not a sprayer lol) then chill out with some redbull watching spurs game.got to have an early night as im in daventry for 4 days this week on a volvo course

Get showered and ready shortly.
Go for a swim, would have gone for a walk, but I'd get just as wet walking as swimming today!!
Visit gran.
Come back and potter/tidy garage.
Have tea.
Watch some TV, maybe the F1 if its gonna be worth it.

Just come back from the gym, done an hour in there then 1000 meters swimming, hurt a bit now lol

Just up, hungover as fuck. Need to go get my car from a mates bit, cant be bothered moving though.
