Default your worst driving offence and punishment.....?

mine was 132 in a 60 and running a police car off the road back in 1995. for that i got banned for 4 years, 150 hours service and several hundred pounds worth of fines to be paid at £40 per week
point free since 2002 now though.
im hoping this thread might get lively for a boring saturday night....

Not a saugage for me i'm afraid. Never been done.

My worst driving offense- is/was 'driving like a twit'

My punishment was ' crashing' (walls/hedges/ditches)

Touch wood the worst thing i've ever been done for is doing a U Turn on the Stratford Road where it says no U Turns it was at 02:00am!! Unfortunatly right infront of a undercover traffic car, a £30 fine later and I was on my way.
No points will have held my licence 10 years on Thursday.

Back in 1996 nailed it in a 60mph zone up to around 90-95 on my motorbike not knowing a police car was in the traffic behind.
He caught me up ( one traffic cop on his own no video footage) told me he was gonna screw me over as he did'nt like bikers and they charged me with dangerous driving , pleaded not guilty no-one listened to a word i said

12 month ban 120 hours community £400 fine also after my ban i had to do an extended re-test to get my license back.

I had a producer when i was 21 for driving an old sierra with a black wing, brown door and blue body, i'd fixed it after a dink! basically, i got pulled over for having a crap car with a big exhaust and big Subs in it.

The most hurtful thing was in my discription, the officer wrote "receding hairline" i was only 21, the bastard !!!

drove home up a single track, unmarked car behind me, pulled away from them like I do with anyone who doesnt know the road and turned off into my house. They "chased" me for another 14 miles and subsequently charged me with dangerous driving. 11 months later they stod up and testified to passing pedestrians at 65mph, passing an indeterminate number of dogs etc.

I got a 12 month ban and 400 fine.

12 month ban for dangerous driving at the birmingham s,s in digbeth in the nineties, the old bill put cameras on the buildings and did 500 of us, i was going backwards on the video after spinning and luckily for me went to crown as one of the worst offenders as those dealt with at magistrates got sent down.. Took 2 years to finally convict 20 of us that went to crown and i didnt even get a fine but over £2k of legal fees.
I was banned from birmingham for those two years while the case was going on as well so much for innocent till proven guilty, most stressful time of my life going to court on various occasions with my bag thinking i aint coming home and definatly learnt my lesson there.

Another 4 month ban in 2005 for no insurance
Had a seven month man in 2007 for no insurance, 7 days left of that ban i got arrested on a warrant dragged to caught and given a 2 year ban for 2 no insurances which had been in the system for years! Got 3 month left! Thank fuck

I'm guessing your not banned now, so how do they work?

Same to the other lad, do they just extend you current ban or start the other when 1 is finished.

I've been driving since 2004, had 15 points altogether and 2 bans.

Now on 3 points from 18 months ago, i've a feeling another ticket is lurking.

most of mine were concurrent, so several could have been in force at one time.the last in 1995 i was sentenced to 2 x 4 year bans. i was only off the road for 4 years not 8.
