got one yesterday, now when im trying to mooch round the internet i seem to be viewing things as i would have on my N80 ie mobile internet, how do i view the "proper" internet lol do i need to download a new browser?? also what else can this thing do?? as at the moment its really just as good as my N80 only with added touch screen lol

Download Opera for a new browser. They are the best to work on Symbian OS operated phones.

The phone has the best build quality i've seen in ages from Nokia. Just i hate Symbian lol

my mate has an iphone and that seems pretty good has lots cool but there not cheap on contract for a good tariff its a fortune, just hoping i havent got my self a donkey in the N97 lol

Well surfing the internet is pretty simple, and the iplayer as a widget is an excellent feature, I have a fair amount of films on there

Depends on the website as to whether or not it will display pages like a pc would, for example this site is set to run on mobile version on the nseries phones, god knows why though it can handle the full site etc, the issue was bought in the problems section but the mods couldnt do anything about it

In short its a site problem, nothing to do with your phone being limited, just try other sites you will see what i mean

Downloaded opera and its much better a lot faster on vodaphones internet also a much better interface, benni search for opera then just download and install..
