Default Any one into Sushi, or know much about it?

I love sushi and i'd like to learn to make my own. I've been looking on amazon for sushi how to/recipe books but there's so many I have no idea if any of them are any good. Can anyone recommend me a good recipe book?

Cheers,

Stuart.

Would like to make some of my own. Love the stuff from M&S, but some pre-packed stuff is a bit tasteless.

Top tip though, don't snort Wasabi up your nose. Not a good idea.

I like both to be honest. I love raw fish.

Is that you inviting me out for sushi?

I'll have to look into Nobu restaurants. There's a really nice sushi restaurant here but i havent been for a while. Had no one to go with since I split up with the mrs and my mates arent really into sushi.

Definitely, makes you feel like you could go run a marathon after you've eaten it. Makes you feel seriously good.

Well you've got about 40 minutes before Yo! Sushi shuts!

Try saying that when you've had a few!

California Rolls, Cucumber Makis and such like.

And there's plenty of selection with tuna, salmon, prawns and shit that most people would be comfortable with
