no, 3 points 60 squid.. after the rounderbout was a slip road and a long 1 1/2 straight... by the time they hit the slip road I was out of camera site they caught up with me at the next rounderbout when i was stationery.. and read the riot act asking me to explain why there 320bhp evo had to pull 130 for a mile to catch me up.. didnt have anything on camera to prove what speed I was going so he charged me with with the rounderbout offence said if I went to court he would show the footage of them trying to catch me up...

i got done for a red light ofence at night but got laid off couldn't pay the fine they had my license for 2-3 months got it back recently with the points put onto it in biro does that count, think if i had the cash to get it paid they might not of put them on there but i hadn't managed to magic money at that point so can't dwell on it too much though.
any way i wouldn't say nothing if they haven't put it on your license it shouldn't be on record neither so happy motoring

you could always lose your licence and apply for a new one. if it comes back clean then you know for sure if they are in the system.... if you don't declare them and have a smack i bet the dvla would have some small print to pass it back as your fault.... then insurance might not pay out! not trying to put a downer on it!

If your worried about it then take all the paper work with you to a cop shop and they will put it onfor you in pen. Sorted. Phone up DVLA first to see if you have the points on the system, if not then yours clean.

you will get a letter saying your ticket is gonna be revoked in 30 days of recipt of the letter and they will tell you some bollocks about the number on the card not matching the paper bit

seeing as some experts are about:
bloke at work has had a summons for not providing details for a speeding ticket
unless he brings his license with him to court they will ban him until the case can be heard before the courts
no license means no job
he's already told the office about the court date
his lisence is "away for cleaning"
so he can't take it with him to court
will they ban him?

away for cleaning as in what he's lost it and is it both parts of his license, i'v gone in with just the paper part and and got away with that, i still have the card as i found it a year or so after it's great when dvla or hmcs have my license means i don't have to take my passport around with me .
not that great really usually means my insurance is going up , it's alot less common now as it's basically impossible to beat the system, going along with it is just easier .

if hes licence is with dvla he will be given a paper thing/temp licence and be fine, if hes lost it then he cou;d be suspended pending proof but i doubt that tbh

sure there is a premium rate number you can ring to get details of someones licence record. Hire firms use them to validate your licence before they lend u the car as you could be banned but not have sent your licence off for updating.
Worth a try to see if the points have registered electronically then u know what to tell insurance company.
Cheers
