my fiesta turbo had overneating issues with a airtec radiator since i fitted it so sold it and got a pace one and never had any trouble since it certainly looked very well built tho spoke to the boy from auto specialists and he said that it was the first one he had heard of giving problems so might of been just a bad one which every company will get

Sapph rads and i/coolers are a good fit, although bloody heavy, very solid construction, I run both of the max sizes(width).
The only thing I would say is they could be slightly better by putting a tiny bit of a angle to the intercooler outlet pipe, then hose would fit that bit better, but still works as is.
The other annoying thing is they don't weld a fixing between the rad and i/cooler so they can be solidly bolted together, they wiggle so I just put a bit of rubber between the top edges of both where they touch and then a tie wrap around the headlight inner framework, so it's pulled nice and snug.
Would buy again without hesitation though.

Mr B's went straight on with no cutting - that was 4x4, so I guess 2wd will be the same

should never need to cut with airtec,

also the flanges are not welded on to give maximum adjustment and easy to fit
