They have been playing with it. Except they rip you off. You can only rent the ECU off them at £2300 for the first 2 years and then £250 for every year after that.

I havent read the article but IMO the GTR is the winner- @ 50k its a bargain when you think of the tech in there-superb car!

You cant even use the Veyron when it rains!

got the mag and read the article few days back
the gtr comes round the bottom corner as fast as it can (100ish) only then does the bug set off
bug had no traction control as it wouldnt engage
as the gtr clocked 175 the bug passed it at 202
FUCK ME thats fast
thats why they compared the 2

They looked ausome when they rolled through the brunters gate once the veyron parked up it nearly caused afew accidents one being some dozy bloke not looking where he was going and was inches away from getting ploughed into by a truck.
The bloke from evo mag turned up in a new focus rs aswell.

Mark.

That's what i thought. But my cousin who is a sales man at Nissan in Slough was telling my old man that they are unreliable as shit!!!

The garage have had some in with major problems. 2 in for a gearbox replacement, 1 with just 2200 on the clock and the other 3700. They have another one in that is on its 5th Service since delivery in may.

Its not just the Slough garage. Mill Hill have 7 come back in for the same problems and one that needed its bottom end replaced.

Seems like they spend more time in the Garage than on the Road.

Yeah True. 60k is a lot of dough for it to be sitting in the dealers.

Still gonna go for a new Focus RS next summer. A used one though lol

As much as i wanted it to be 4wd with the Volvo Inline 6 engine, i still find it tooooooo attractive to pass up because its not what i wanted lol

The colour of it was really wierd you cant really see it in the pic's as they were taken on my phone and i dont really know how to explain it properly.
The bloke you can see in the strippy t-shirts the guy that owned it we were having a right chin wag with him and he was telling us how much it costs to keep it going and he said from when he ordered it to the time he picked it up he'd already lost 160K on it.
I very nearly talked the bold guy into taking for a quick lap of the track in the focus but the camera men turned up and i told maybe another time

RS for its FWD 300bhp
GTR for its Brutal Handling
Veyron for its Technical Achievement

They compared to the two as part of the Veyron hype is that it can catch a Macca from a standstill when the Macca is doing 100mph!!!

Can it did
