hi,
ive just come up against a big problem, during my underside resto, the fuel filler neck pipe, is no longer available from mr fords, and im in trouble, i had to drill the head of the self tapper, behind the filled cap, here is what in left with, can anyone tell me the best way,to remove the rest of the screw, ive tryed, mole grips ect, do i have to drill it out, there is hardly anything left of it, also where it fixed to the body, see pic, theres what looks like a rusty, bit of an o ring, how can i overcome this, if i get the screw out, is it a case of bonding it to the bit, the petrol cap screws to, (which is still in the car), the end part of this pipe,

or has anyone got a s2 filler neck pipe, as pic, im very desperate, as i have to get this finnished soon, as the car has to be moved, thanks for ANY help or advice,

mine just came off when i undid the screw m8 might of needed to give it abit of a swist

Bloody hell m8 your rs is off the road more then on the rod int it sounds abit like mine but mine should be back on sunday all going well hope you get a new one soon m8 i bet the ford garage was kicking them selfs as your there BEST ever customer
