Yes, can't beat the sound of a dump valve, good for scaring some nova's off.
Not good if you have a 'sleeper' style car, but still, i like em, even though alot don't.

No way unless the car genuinely needs one. i.e boost over 30psi or a turbo of T4 size or larger IIRC

Cossie managment/efi , basically need the airfilter to directly link onto turbo
