I have said it before and I will say it again at least its a propper cossy
yeah all fitted up just got to sort a few leaks out as its only making 27.7 psi atm
are you rebuilding the turbo yourself then?
Not rebuilding the turbo, no need as it's fine with the correct actuator
The turbo is off at the moment and the only thing i can see wrong with it is one very small hairline crack on the wastegate seat, the penny valve is seating correctly with a nice round circle of exhaust gas on it.
I have had a helicoil done in the head and doing some rewiring.
theres what looks like a bald head in the main pic in rear window.
Yep you got it again

All your hard work's paid off big time in a truly stunningly finished car... a great inspiration to those slow working, unmotivated people who are trying to finish theirs off!!!
Hope to get the car on the rolling road as well before Ford Fair.
Steve
Its buggered
When putting the car back together my brother and i noticed a water stain under No3 exhaust port, looked in the manifold and that was also water stained in No3.
Thought it best to take the head off and found No3 piston full of water/antifreeze
Headgasket shows no signs of being blown, but you can see cracks around the spark plug hole on the head.
