seriously though
what about haulage? im one of the plenty of people that have a car with no tax or mot that will need to be trailored to the tuners. Why not invest in a couple of low loaders a driver or 2,and offer up your services, especially to some of the people on here

As amusing and inventive as that sounds, surely a vending machine dispensing test kits would be a more practicable and cheaper (to set up) option?

I'd start my own scrap yard, i'd have a seperate area at the back where i'd buy up all the insurance cat d's (uneconomicals ? ) and then use bits n pieces from around the yard to fix 'em and sell them on.. double profit !!

Trouble is, i'd never make any money cos my mates would be constantly ponsing stuff

What would you need apart from a patch of land to do a scrap yard?

I imagine the public liability insurance would be pretty high for a scrap yard!

having been in the position, i prefer to just work for somebody else. running your own business is not for everyone, and it wasn't for me.

I used to work for rentokil years ago doing suicide and death cleans really easy and a lot of money in it I was earning over £700 a week
So I would do that for myself under cut there prices and you will always get work from the police, councils and prisons even the public will call you
