i prefer the bailey because it was louder than others id tried. noise mattered because after spending many thousands cosworth converting my bmw estate i wanted people to know about it

Ive got a forge dv on mine.I think the turbo chatter with out a dump valve on the car sounds better.

MSD dump valve everytime, by far the best 1 i've ever fitted, baileys type are pure toss

well, yes, really, it takes alot of pressure of the turbo
some turbos have a thin shaft and can break when running no d/v
but some turbos, turbonetics are common for this have a thick shaft so can with stand not having the d/v to take the pressure off

I had to fit a dump valve so had MSD fit one of theres when it was being set up, don't really like them but had to.

Out of all the dump valves i've used over the yrs the MSD/Collin's Dump valve been the best no leaks no stupid loud noise and has the added bonus that it chatters still then dumps the excess air off

mark shead only uses specr group a dump valve only on high power cars too over 400 horses as a rule. i can get you one as bestest mates with pete at spec r

maybe we got a good one then lol, its a twin piston iirc ifit makes any difference and like i say spot on infact if i had one id buy bailey one just because how good the dyno one has been maybe i wont now though

mine was the twin piston one, and the other two ive binned recently were the single piston ones, im not sure how old they were, one looked new tbh.
you guys must be lucky
ive had a couple which draw air on the vaccum side aswell, but i rectified that by stripping them and fitting new o rings and seals,
