Fastest thing in a straight line out of everything mentioned is a xe nova/corsa, dead cheap with scrapyard maintanance but not the nicest of cars.
Most all round is the 106 gti, nicest inside and probably the best handling car mentioned, parred with a Clio 16v maybe, although I would go for the 106 out of the 2.
Up to you to choose.

s2 turbo,fiat coupe's are quite nippy,astra GSI red top,gte 16v i know vauhall are shite but cosworth designed the head also can take a good thrashingyou might get a mk4 gti turbo that would be my choice200 sx turbo heres a pulsar well worth the money offer him £1300 give you £200 towards getting the smoke on boost fixed (more than likely the turbo is on its way out)but you have £200 to get another oneit actualy looks not bad tbh
