won an item very cheap ,paid with postal order but he never sent ,it was only a few quid but its the principle of the thing , basically the guy has given me two fingers and told me to feck off

I got done for Ł800 on poxey ebay, bought an engine and it never turned up, the chap hacked into my emails and sent emails posing as ebay, thought it was all genuine and as it was backed by ebay (so i thought) thought i was on for a right result, engine was suppose to be coming from scotland area, however the engine did not turn up and then i found out the money had been taken from Oxford area. Live and learn i suppose. Expensive mistake to make.

Wish i could get my own back on them but he had fake ID and address etc, etc.

As you have sent him a postal order I'm guessing you have his name. Why not set up a www.blahblahisafuckingcunt.co.uk and post up a few random photoshop's and a description of what he's done then spread the word and post him the link

Not quite the same thing, but when a DD crashed into my gf car, and did not stop, once I had his name and address from the police(which I had to threaten to get despite my being entitled to under data protection act) I sent a letter detailing his "activities, manner of driving etc, suggesting residents might like to keep their children off the street", to 50 houses either side of his number, and to one himself, and one to his insurer.
As it as factually 100% correct nothing he could do, he's now moved, lived in Lymm in Chesire, name of Hugh Tom Petch it was, just and idea works so well when it's local, ie his neighbours.

Recently bid on a roof for my cab - was advertised item was in poole and as i was down there for holiday i won and arranged to pick up whilst down there. Got an email back from seller after a few days saying item was up north in another depot and i had to pay for postage (which as you can imagine was massive!). Contacted ebay and said item was not described properly as nothing in listing to say it was up north.
Seller sent an email back to ebay stating i had phoned him and he told me it was up there(i had not!) and i had NEVER emailed him. I sent copy of email with header to ebay and seller turned round and said he sent me an email stating that he had the item sent to poole for me to pick up. Ive asked him to send me and ebay a copy of that email he sent me stating this as i was never told and 2 days later still havent heard anything.Instead he set up a non payment received with ebay and ebay say they cant do anything about it,he has to cancel it.Ive had it up to here with ebay and sellers.Even if the item is now in Poole, im not on holiday and he could of just told me all this and that he would send it down to poole.So as the seller is a liar im not wanting to give him anymoney. Ebay name for seller is PARTWISE. AVOID!!!

So long as factually 100% correct nothing he can do, done it also to Sarah Toombs told how she hit my car and did not have insurance, despite her hubby being a copper, sent it to all her friends with copy of court papers!!

mine was also hacked twice last weekend by some scummy twat who changed the password and deleted items i was watching. They tried listing a porsche gt3 replica as well?? spoke to a nice lady named rosealine on ebay live chat and all sorted within 20 mins

Well the top and bottom of it is i went through the legal channels as i was stopped from collecting the money myself by family, but he has since moved address so still chasing - the costs have gone up so it's now up to Ł475. What gets me the most is why do it to people, i know times are hard but were all feeling it.

All i can ask is if anyone knows of him or even knows him personally and think what he's done is out of order just give him a shout, he has my address to send payment to.
