Default raised bonnets

jst raised my bonnet on my st200, was wonderin if anybody else has done it on same car or ever seen it done on same car,, looks lovely

Never seen it done on a st200. Not really a fan of bonnet raisers.

Got any pics what it looks like with the bonnet raised?

supposedly let heat escape qiucker,, on the right car its a very cheap mod with a good impact visually

Be prepared for, "Your bonnets open mate!"

it may have it's advantages of 60%+ extra heat loss, but for purposes of sanity, it defo has it's disadvantages!!!!

I thought it was done purely to help excessive heat issues on turbo engines.....

my escort with ford racing spacers i think they look the nuts but ppl are startin to piss me off saying my bonnets open lol

oyeah the bonnet was sorta open when took the photo dats why the angles are a bit off.

why would anyone have a raised bonnet on a rst, unless they garage the car,
battery trays dont need an excuse to rot, let alone opening it up to the elements.

I had them fitted to an RS as it needed more air flow but did make it more agressive also
