Would this affect the mapping if the car had been live mapped or off the shelf map?due to the difference in exhaust pressure?

it is interesting,

i would have thought it would depend entirley on just how restrictive the center box actually was, some may have no effect at all, but others may make a big difference, so its quite hard to answer
