why is it everyone jumps on the bandwagon??? pual is a good bloke who does know his shit...ok so hes made a couple of mistakes...fuck me the guy is human and i can tell you even the best make mistakes...how many people on here have had a bad job from him?and how many people has he dealt with?? he helped me a number of times and always done a good job mapping my cars...he defo does not work for abc but they did buy his rollers....im not a new poster i forgot my password danny enhanced performance...

everyone makes mistakes i agree, but it appears Paul Hills done more than most - ask Ian M about his engine.
in fact, just do a search on here
if he was so good, why isnt he trading still like the decent tuners in this country?

i know ian from racetech and know the whole story and yes like iv said hes done some wrongs and yes id be pissed but some people are hard to deal with and some are reasonable...anyway im just going by how he was for me and that was always spot on..

Yes I'm sure there are those of you on here who had good work done by Paul hills - when he just fitted your spark plugs or plug leads for you (overcharged of course). But when it came to doing anything remotely complex on a proper car, he fucked everything up. And not just for me but for dozens and scores of people I can name.
He is gone for a reason, maybe many reasons. Some of which are:-
1. He was greedy
2. Didnt know what he was doing
Now some can get away with being either (1) or (2) - and I know plenty of tuners that come under one of those but Paul Hills was unique because he could boast he had both of those qualities......greedy and a total shaft.
And if he could shaft you he would. And he shafted me for sure. Maybe those of you he didnt shaft had a tighter arse than me. As my arse was well and truly opened by him. And all of my money fell out of it.
Defend him all you want but the ford tuning industry is far safer without him and he is not missed.

But by not admitting mistakes does that mean if he is not made a man, then is he a woman?
Being serious though - I would not be so bitter if after my engine blew up for the second time he said "Sorry mate, my fault - I will help you fix it". But he didnt. He never admitted he was wrong, always thought he was right. A fundamental mistake.
There is a danger the one can believe ones own bullshit. He believed his. He was wrong.
