I was just going to transfer my money straight into his account, but he tells me he doesn't use a bank. Prefers to keep it under a mattress in his caravan?

What should I do now?

Send him a bigger mattress so that the money you send him via post in a transparent envelope doesn't fall out the edges?

Good plan.

If you'd been selling the ST a few months ago I would have been seriously interested. Wanted something a bit more sensible which would still be fun to drive. Ended up with a pretty mint ST170.

Looks a tidy car though.

Sell your mega slow ST170 and buy my ST150

I realise I have probably just opened a can of worms by saying that, but it's worth a shot lol

You can't phone him anyway. He is unable to answer a phone due to severe learning difficulties.

Fancied a Fiesta because I knew it would be a bit more agile, but I had a Focus years ago and they are great handling cars.

Look roughly the same on paper to me.

we should all email him to send him money and trust that he'll deliver the car to us

then, like that nigerian fella, get him to spend a few quid doing stuff before saying we've sent the money and if he doesn't sort it out, we are going to be broke and have to sell our houses
to which he replied "i understand you will behomeless, but these men will cut my arms and legs off if i've lost them the money"

Got bored and sent a shyte EMail to the seller

Hi, very interested in the car you have for sale. I am currently working in the united states of France, for a merchant banker. We need someone to send finances to, in order to clear some funds we have spare (Left over Government Tax) and the purchase of this vehicle would be mega bonoficial to us. Would you be interested in exchanging our (Just printed, thanks to Hewlett Packard) money for your vehicle?

Many thanks and I look forward to purchasing this vehicle.
