Remortgage due any suggestions on best rates
My remortgage is due, does anyone know the best rates available, looking for a fixed rate for 2 or 3 years. I need a 82% loan value. My current lender Alliance & Leicester has offered 5.49% fixed for 2 years no fees the mortgage just carrys on from August. This is the best I can find at the minute. Halifax offered above 6% as did Natwest.
