I can't sleep......cos I'm stuck at work til 6am Soon be bedtime tho. I hate nightshift!

im the same,went bed at 1 woke up at 3,but thats because i get too hot at night,got a fan and no covers but when ive got it in my head that im hot thats it,barely sllep.
