I just spent 2 hours stripping cleaning a CVH head from a xr2, rob the driver who is roosie's business partner has managed to break all four exhaust guides, seriously bend all four valves, and I mean seriously I could actually insert a pencil in the gap between valve and seat with all followers off, even managed to bend a inlet!!
I'm going to learn to post up piccies next, me lads going to show me(he's 12) do I feel old now!!

He always tries to post something useful/informative on technical issues as well which is the main reason I come on here, to learn stuff about cars .
Nothing worse than watching your query sink to the bottom of the page with no replies whatsoever..................whilst there's a 10 page discussion on Hollyoaks
