what sort of price is the usual for a good set-up on rolling road, inlcuding tweaking timing via vernier pulley, and mapping etc. might be cheaper to pull engine out and get it dyno'd from what i've heard so far!" p.s its a mk4 escort 2.0 n/a ZVH

have been quoted about £150 - 250 depending on places. a live map is alot more, but a rolling road set-up about this price from what i have been being told round my area.

I'd imagine if its done properly most places would charge similar to a live map? Although ultimately i'd expect it to be done much quicker on a RR than on the road so maybe could be cheaper.
I would have to say anywhere from £300-£500 for a full remap would be reasonable.
If its just a setup with a few tweaks to timing then should be a lot less.

Fuck would i pay £300 for a simple rr setup on a n\a zvh
But I wouldnt expect a 'set-up' to include tweaking the map.....as that can open up a whole different situation

Not being funny but £300 is not exactly a lot these days, when you consider the cost of RR to buy , and the operators time etc, and it's most likely cheaper, than pistons without holes in a few mile down road.

Obviously if it was on carbs etc then the price changes accordingly
