Hi

Won somethin off ebay and the seller says he aint selling now BUT ive already paid with paypal and on my account it says its "unclaimed", has the money gone? can i cancel it?

HELP!?

PS....

after a certain amount of time if the money is unclaimed it goes back into ya account

email him tell him hes a coont and he better leave ya positive feedback, tell him to log onto paypal and reject your payment or you will report him to ebay

click into you paypal overview there will be a option to cancel in there.
be carful I had this happen to me I cancelled the payment then they left neg feedback.(tossers)
I would go down the route that apples24 suggested...
get him to leave you positive feedback then leave him negative..

Log in > Click on "details" of the transaction > At the bottom click on "Resolution Centre" > " File a Claim" > "File a claim" ( again ) > Continue > and your nearly there.

Let the seller know your doing this and for him to expect mails from Paypal.

He may then just log in and click returm payment to buyer which is the easier way in the first place
