Hi,

On my focus there is a button to turn on my heated front windscreen but on my girlfriends fiesta that is a bit newer she has the checked thing in the top of the windscreen but no button.

On newer Fords is it automatic that the heated front screen comes on when it gets steemed up?

The "Checked thing" isn't the heater.

Ah right is it the aerial? Do not all new Fords comd with a heated front screen then?

don't think it. easiest way to check is to look at the glass. there'll be load's of tiny wavey lines through it if it's heated.

The other way you'll know is when it comes new screen time, they're a lot more expensive!!
But as said wavy lines in screen easiest clue.
