from what i can remember, the box you are currently using will fit the dohc engine
but if you are buying an engine and box, it won't fit the prop from the t9 (mt75 is bolted, t9 is sliding)
the diff will be happy though,

you need the injection tank and lines as there is a return on them
but you may have lucked out with the auto as the start is on the "wrong2 side of the engine

you may be able to get a bellhousing for the t9 to match, but you need to be either very lucky with the starter or get matching, don't forget that you need one that will not only fit the slot, but also have enough of a throw to engage and have the right teeth to mesh properly on the flywheel as you NEED to keep the dohc flywheel as it's got offset bolts and some of them aren't blind

also, as far as brakes are concerned, all the 90-92 spec dohc cars came with discs all round, so use these and keep the dohc master clyinder/servo arrangement as this is significantly larger and will flow enough fluid and keep the right pedal pressures to go any size of caliper you want to go on the fronts and rears

Could keep the auto, put on shift kit, really makes it totally different to std auto's in behaviour, as do that to all mine.
