Default Dry Sumping a Cossie?

A well known authority on tuning cossie says when dry sumping a YB you have to restrict oil flow to the head?

Anyone have any comments or further information?

Also does anyone know whether a small turbo windage tray will fit with a pace dry sump pan installed as I also gear it has clearance issues with a standard 2wd oil pan?

Thanks.
