General Car Related Discussion. To discuss anything that is related to cars and automotive technology that doesnt naturally fit into another forum catagory.
never heard of that b4 and ive been into fords since i was concieved
surely if it was the real deal it would hav some sort of brooklands identity plaque on the car somewhere and you would be showing a pic, plus its a bit cheap if it is that rare a car
I saw some doorcards like that for sale on ebay about two weeks ago, that explains why, i thought they looked shit then....and my opinion hasn't changed.
Nice car though, i can see the appeal when it was new.
And i like the 90's style blade wheels on it in the RR pic

Agree totaly, makes me think about other rims from that time, Venoms for the 3 door methinks!!
i did see dark green 4dr cozzies bitd and they were cosworth and ford md cars, not many mind,i found out that the higher and more important you were the more strings could be pulled. ford had a thing called svo which was special vehicle order
the bloke who owned brooklyn rallied 3dr cosworths and iirc was called tim hill. who remembers the pink 3dr sierra cosworths that gwyndaf evans drove sponsored by mr tompkinsons and brooklyn. they were well into cozzies and did the arrows escort cosworths too.
i seem to remember the wood in certain top tuners cozzies back in the 80's as being zebrano. that stuff resists rot unlike the floorpans and wheel arches on shonky sierras

Phill Collins had a pink one Karl
It was prepared by Tim Hill's guys at Brooklyn Motorsport in the next workshop bay to the red RS500 driven by Chris Hodgetts
They did a few 2.4 conversion a few years back. Think i have copy of Fast Ford from 97 or something featuring an imperial blue T25, converted to 2.4.
tht imperial blue one escort is still owned by the director n owner of brooklyn which is now known as hills ford since they went into recivership a few weeks ago
