Default Disc lock

Decided to put the disc lock back on last night after the car got broke into went to take it off this afternoon and the fookin key wouldnt work

Rang the helpline number tried everything they said and still no joy,so phoned the rac lol bloke turns up with his hacksaw and cordless drill pmsl 2hrs later we finally het the fooking thing off with a grinder.

Its true what they say about them being one of the best security products avaliable

no interior damage at all thank fook the rac bloke covered it up spot on

Aye #1 them Bin lid's ... So what did the company say about the fooked lock? Sending a replacemnt unit as a good will gesture?

should have asked on here 1st, if it aint been modded you could have had it off a lot quickers than 2hrs

2 hrs he should get a new job , you can get them off in 20 secs max with a pair off big adjustables if the disc lock is std , but im saying no more , and before any one asks no i am not a car theif lol

go on spill the beans i presume its something to do with bending back the hinge cover plates as they are an obvious weak spot? I got them welded up and extension plates on back after advice on here.

Just spill the beans. if we all know then we can all mod ours. unless of course you have an ulterior motive and DONT want us to rectify the weakness ie are you a thief? Im sure the car thiefs know the weakness anyway so its not like your going to cause any harm telling us!!!

Yep its true,the most expensive locks are the quickest to get off,i saw a thing on tv about it and the car thief had it off in 20 secs.and normal bar locks were about 9 seconds.not disclosing secrets here.the best deterrent is probably a snap off wheel and a cat 1 alarm with 2 diff sets of locking wheel nuts and perspex windows,with your doors delocked.im halfway there,and thats my plan for keepin my car MINE for the foreseeable future LOL

No, the best deterrent is to have Blaine stand by your car with his mini-gun.
