which cam is which?

how do i tell the difference between the inlet and exhaust cam on a yb cosworth? one has oil grooves in the bearings and the other has none? dont know which one is which? cheers

and also a bd10 cam isnt the same as standard or is it? cheers for the help guys.

Inlet cam has the grooves in the journals.... and a BD10 will have the numbers stamped on the back face of the cam, and no it is not the same as std...
