Default Found a great lock up/ workshop today

Found a great workshop today, its got 2 buildings, and enough space outside to park a 8 - 10 cars,

one is a work shop building, and one is a big store buildings. has mains electricity and water , also a shower and toilet.

and its only £75 a week, you cant use the premasis as a comercial garage etc, but i only want it for my cars and working on them.

i think £75 is a bargain in london, including people rent their normal garages out at £50 a week.

no, as its a workshop, i think its to do with the access to the unit. not with the unit itself.
