Summer work?
just started my holidays from uni so i have until September, i need to make some kind of money but need some ideas. I already work all weekend tho and shifts there might not be able to extend during the week because Domino's is dead thru the summer.
I have the following skillset...
HGV 2 licence
Ex mechanic
Computer nerd, well semi just not at the dribbling stage yet
can code C++, study Software Engineering but not yet shit hot
Can build web based applications using latest MVC technology (trick indeed)
ran a small credit management company for a while untill financial services went tits up, hence uni. (certified)
Make a wicked CV
Thought about driving agencies but suspect temp driving work might be a bit slow given the economy, would happily do tyres and exhausts for a the duration but again not sure who would be understaffed and indeed wanting to spend on extra help. Also by the time it would take to setup and get out there, trying to build apps for folk in the mean time might not be suitable. I also need time to study a fair bit.
i also do a small minibus for kids so a lose a few hours at night so bar work is out of the question.
Any body have any ideas?
Thanks
Pete

I cant get abroad though due to my other commitments and all i need is something to give me hours and a rate for a few months, i just wondered if anyone was doing anything reasonably fruitful with decent hours i could try.
No drugs, lots of pensioners around where i live and they get them free and I'm not hard enough nor do I have enough big mates to go around robbing them and as for doctor.....lol
Should have been an MP!
