Question any ideas why im so tired and no energy?

this is happening quite a lot now, even when i work or dont i just seem to get very tired in the day and have no energy??

i get a good nights sleep and dont eat a lot of shit food which can do this?

is there like a herbal tablet i can take to liven me up from a chemist?

pop to docs and get ya blood pressure etc checked might be low blood pressure

yep, 4 times a week i play sqush and do weights. but i havent been in 2 weeks due to leg injury.

Same boat, seem to be non stop at work and at home as well, cant figure out why as my diet is good, i do exercise and do get at least 7 hrs kip a night.

my mum was the same, turned out to be something wrong with her thyroid gland.

She is mega fit, step aerobics every monring, then sometimes the gym an hour or so later, eat's totally healthy, so just show these things happen regardless

im going thru the same thing at the mo mate, i went to the doctors to have blood tests, turns out its a thyroid problem, worth getting it checked bud

but you may catch osmething else in the waiting room

i went yesterday at 8.30 in the morning and was told to come abck at 11.50 as that was the next available slot
doc saw me eventually at 2.15, after some year old kid was running around the waiting room infecting veyrone with chicken pox

Take a multivitamin everyday.

Are you eating breakfast? If not, start. Dont eat sugar laden stuff. Porrige and wholegrain toast are perfect, as they are slow digesting and will give you sustanined energy release through out the day.

If you have sugary stuff or white bread this will not help. As they are fast digesting, causing an insulin spike which will clear out your blood sugar and cause your energy levels to crash.
