Default How often do they need setting up?

Hi,

I was just wondering how often it is recommended to get my cosworth set up?

Would think a once yearly tune / rolling road check would be a very minimum requirement for a standard say 10,000 mile a year car. However if its heavily modd'ed then more regular than that and obviously after any further modifcation works to the engine.

Cheers for the reply mate, I had mine mapped in feb (greens) this year and it's been off the road for a bit, it's hard to judge if it's lost power cause I find after a while you get used to the power more so start thinking there is something up or u need more power

I would say its depending on your spec tbh, I would not be happy if it wasnt set up twice a year.

depends what you use it for. once a year was ok for me but if you like track days and rolling road shootouts then i think it should be checked over more often!
